The staff was very friendly. An excellent location.
Some things could be done better; had to ask the room to be cleaned, no receipt for the payment was given etc.

Comfortable room including kitchenette. Location was excellent and room was clean and modern. Wifi worked perfectly.
No hairdryer in room. Tv did not work, however as we were only staying for two nights and did not intend to use this, we did not ask for this to be rectified. Many steps up to rooms on top floor - not suitable for anyone with difficulties climbing! Hot water in shower was intermittent. Taxi driver had difficulty locating and had to stop for directions several times - I wouldn't want to try and drive here myself given the narrow windy roads surrounding the guesthouse.

All and all, a fantastic stay. The room was cozy and comfortable. A/c worked great. The breakfast that was included was made to order and was good every morning. The only downside was that there was no attendant at the front desk, which made it dicey at times, yet I overlooked that because of the other pluses. Would absolutely stay again.
No front desk attendant.

Hotel is in a great location, right above some nice bars. The restaurant associated with the hotel had great food and the staff were fantastic. Great air conditioning in room, loads of channels on the tv and everything was spotless. The hotel was quiet so we were also offered a flexible check-out time.
We stayed on a Sunday so all the bars closed at 1am. That was fine but there was some noise up until then.

Location close to center of city and town square, price reasonable, management very nice (invited us to sit and have something to drink on the house while they were checking our rooms)
Construction going on close to hotel, some rooms small, staff not too familiar with "breakfast included" idea but eventually very accommodating

I liked the proximity to the City centre and the old town. It is on a main strip with lots of other bars and restaurants. The main shopping centre is directly behind the hotel. They served breakfast until noon. The breakfast area was outside and you can watch the people passing by as you enjoy your food.
There was lots of building work going on and it was fairly noisy every morning. The room I was in was on the small size. I personally thought it was a bit on the expensive for a "Guesthouse".

the service we received was 5 star. We were given free drinks when we arrived. Breakfast was when you got up and anything you wanted. Ivan - the owner - looked after us very well. We had a meal in his restuarant - near stadium- the food and service was amazing, I would highly recommended it. Rooms modern and very clean, location excellent, ,great vaue for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, just 5 mins walk away from the town square and Stone bridge. It is also located over an eatery that has delicious ice-creams, snacks and good food. All activities in the eatery downstairs stop by midnight, so everything becomes super-quiet after that. The hotel was very cosy and very clean. It is ideal for all travellers, who want to spend a reasonable amount on accomodations, that are not overly expensive, unlike the nearby hotels Stone Bridge or Holiday Inn.
The shower area had a door, but it was constructed over a kerb, water still drained out into the main bathroom from the shower area. The walls are a little thin, so if someone is talking loudly in the next room, you can hear them.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, they would make your stay very pleasant. Even if you have special wishes, they will make everything to help you. It is located in the city center, next to the Alexander The Great Statue and Stone Brigde, which makes sightseeing so easy. The restaurant downstairs is very, very good, offers variety of local and european food, suitable also for vegeterians. Rooms are celan, cosy and very nice. Staff speaks english.
